Common Name: Maryland Meadow Beauty
Full to part sun, wet to medium moisture level, sandy or loamy soil, moderately acid pH. 2-3 feet height, blooms in summer, pale rose pink to white flowers, spreads by rhizomes.
Germination Code: ? Seeds too small to be planted outdoors. Seedlings grow slowly and subject to rot.
Native Region: Statewide except absent in the Central Basin
With attractive flowers and leaves, this species is decorative and under-used.
