Common Name: Whorled Milkweed
Full to part sun, medium to moderately dry moisture level, adapts to most soils, acidic to neutral pH. 1-3 ft. height, blooms in summer, white flowers, spreads by rhizomes.

Attracts butterflies and bees, particularly Monarch butterflies and is a larval food for Monarchs. One of the more poisonous of the milkweeds for livestock and is considered a weed in range areas.
