Common Name:  Pale Indian Plantai

Full to part sun, medium to moderately dry moisture level, various soils.  3-7 ft. height, blooms in summer, white flowers, freely self-seeds under optimum conditions.

Germination Code: C(60);  flowers may not appear until second or third year.

Native Region:  Statewide except absent in Central Basin  and lightly in western Coastal Plain Province

Showy flowers.  Stems and lower leaf surfaces covered with a waxy white coating, hence the “pale” part of the common name.  Can be an aggressive spreader.
