Common Name: Drooping Sedge, Fringed Sedge

Part shade, wet to moderately wet moisture level, prefers rich soil but tolerates clay and sandy loams, moderately acid to neutral pH.  3-5 feet height, spreads by rhizomes and can form colonies of plants.
