Common Name:  Rosin Weed, Wholeleaf Rosinweed

Full sun, moderately wet to dry moisture level, adaptable to a wide range of soils including clay, neutral to slightly alkaline pH.  2-6 feet height, blooms summer into fall, yellow flowers, spreads by short rhizomes which enable the plant to form clumps but is not an aggressive spreader.

This is a coarse, sunflower-like perennial that is easy to grow.   Showy flowers.  Matures more quickly than other members of this genus.  Develops a taproot and division is not recommended.  Adapts well to wildflower and native plant gardens.  Attracts birds, butterflies and bees.
