Common Name: Bog Goldenrod, Swamp Goldenrod

Full to part sun; wet to moderately wet moisture level; not usually found in mineral soil swamps or marshes but found in the more unique peatlands; acidic soil.  2-5 feet height, blooms late summer into fall, yellow flowers.

Native Region: Only occurs in Sullivan County

Designated a “Special Concern” plant in Tennessee and occurs in wetlands.   Attracts bees.
