Common Name:  Early Meadow Rue

Part to full shade, moderately wet to moderately dry moisture level, humusy rich soil.  12-30 inches height, blooms in spring, greenish-white flowers.

Germination Code: C(60).  Germination may be erratic even under good conditions.

Native Region: Middle and East Tennessee

Often grown just for its ferny foliage.  Provides good early spring color.  Gray green foliage is an attractive complement to perennials blooming late in the wildflower garden.  Male flowers are showier than female flowers.
